In his blog Balendu explains different paths of Yoga: Raja Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Gyan Yoga, Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and more.
He talks about the different ‘brands’ of Yoga that are nowadays so popular in teh west where you think of Kundalini Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga and more.
Balendu likes to add that he doesn’t belong to any yoga tradition, he is just himself.
