How to perform Gulf Kurparasana
Sit in Vajrasana and check which one of your nostrils is active.
If it is your right nostril, move your buttocks to the left side of your heels, so that you actually sit on the floor with your feet on your right side.
Interlace your fingers behind your head with your elbows pointing to the sides. Bend with your right elbow towards your feet as far as you can.
Repeat the exercise from the other side.
Benefits of Gulf Kurparasan
Gulf Kurparasana increases the flexibility of your side muscles and shoulders and feels especially good when doing it after sitting in a chair for a long time.
This pose enhances your sexual energy.
It is a nice exercise to do with children who enjoy it and to whose growth it contributes.
Focus Points
Take care to bend only to the side with your shoulders not bending to the front.
