We receive wonderful feedback for the diary. People write and tell me that what happens in my life is close to what they experience in contact with their own surrounding and with their own feelings. I am happy because this is the reason why I write down my experiences in the diary. I also received another wonderful feedback today. Maybe you remember that I told you about a young mother who was here for a healing session in February. She was suffering very much from Asthma in that time and she said today that she had great relief from this. She said when we will be back in Wiesbaden in August she will probably bring the baby. It is so great to hear and see this!

In the evening we had an Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop. Yashendu led through the cooking in Sabine's beautiful kitchen. Food is very important. It affects your energy system. Whatever you eat has certain energy and that energy you will take into your body along with the food. Many people do not take care of what they eat but eating should be like a ritual. It is daily nourishing your body and your life. Whatever you eat will also reflect in your mind. You are what you eat. I always encourage people to be vegetarian. Today somebody asked Yashendu if fish was vegetarian or not. But how can it be vegetarian? How does this question even come up? Fish is an animal. Living. For eating it you need to kill it. No, it is definitely not vegetarian to eat fish. Our cooking workshops are fully vegetarian and every participant enjoyed the delicious food. When you are cooking with much love you will taste the love in the food.

it is funny how fish is considered vegetarian. i have grown up accepting this but never really knowing why people consider it veg.Strange the things we don’t think of!

  2. quelly

Yeah, why do people even think that? Then again, there is always away to justify what you feel like believing.

I always thought that was weird too. But People always believe what they want and if everyone around you believes it, then people just don’t question. I suppose in the grand scheme of thing maybe most of the lies we choose to believe just don’t matter or affect our lives at all. We’ll die having never investigated things we believe that didn’t have much of an affect on us anyway, one way or the other. I mean I think you should evaluate but, even if you spend your whole life evaluating inconsistencies you will die without having gotten to the bottom of everything and it won’t have made that much of a difference. Fish. No fish. Milk. No milk.
