  1. I looooove Palak Paneer! I always order it at the Indian restaurant. It looks a bit different there but maybe that is the second way of preparation that you mentioned. Now I can try to make that at home. Great!

  2. Could you actually do this with frozen spinach, too? I don’t know anywhere nearby where i could get it fresh… 🙁 I know it’s not the same but maybe it could work?
