Some time ago I mentioned a website which someone had created only with the purpose of attacking me and my family. Recently we came across another such page which gave me the impulse to write here about it again.
On such pages, I read a lot of nonsense about me and my family. Obviously, my family and I are public people. Whoever reads our website thoroughly can read a lot of different things about us. A fact is however that when I write, I write honestly and with full authenticity. I tell you who I am and what my background is.
Should you ever come across a website attacking me, have a look at who is writing. In all cases that I have seen until now, the person writing does not display his or her real identity. Why not? If you are honest and have a serious topic to talk about or would like to criticize me, please come out in the open, stand in front of me – even in this virtual world – and say clearly what you are concerned about. I work in the open, not in a hidden way and I can give you an answer to everything. I believe I have answered a lot of questions to my personality already in this blog and on other pages of my website but if there is any point unclear for you, just address me directly and ask.
Obviously – how could it be any different – the main concern is religion and the question of having a guru or being one. I am not a guru and I am not even a religious person. I say clearly that this is a part of my past. Yes, I was a guru and a very religious person. I performed religious ceremonies and I gave many speeches about different Hindu scriptures.
I am however not a guru anymore. I have no followers and have even lost contact to nearly all people who were with me in that time. I have many beautiful friends around the world who know that they can come to me if they want to talk about a problem, just like I can come to them and tell them what is on my mind. And especially in this time, when looking forward to becoming a father, I told them that I even stopped our travelling work.
We are here in Vrindavan and work both, online and offline. From this business we receive money. We don’t do any religious services here which we would take money for. This all is very open, transparent and clear. We don’t even have visitors with religious expectations anymore because we made this very clear. Those who search for a guru and want to be followers know that they won’t find it here. No, we have visitors and guests who want to relax and spend their holidays in the harmonious surrounding of the Ashram. They feel well with us and enjoy their time here.
When someone comes here for an Ayurvedic holiday, a yoga retreat or any other kind of treatment, retreat or classes, they pay for it. This is business. If they wish to give a donation, they can and we will be happy about it. If they don’t, we will not mind it or insist – even with their participation they support us and then we support our charity projects. We don’t earn however from the donations. Whatever is given as a donation goes to the children.
We are not millionaires and also our business is not going in the millions. We pay our taxes, audit our books and do charity. I also don’t have the wish to become a millionaire. Our business, our Ashram and our charity is all on a small scale and we want to keep it like this.
This all is very open and clearly visible. Some people however want to cast doubts on everything I write, even on the fact that I spent time in the cave, isolated from the outside world. There are thousands of witnesses, newspaper articles, magazines and videos from that time! That is also a part of my past.
Another small point that I want to add: you should learn to respect women. If you call my wife a ‘gal’, you should realize that she is not just a girl whom I picked up on the street but that she is really the woman I married and who will be the mother of my child in the next days. And just to make this clear one more time: my wife and I are married, fully legally and our marriage is documented with official certificates which governments around the world accept. Well, from such ideas you can imagine the level of people who want to find any reason to abuse.
What this person does not realize though is that his or her credibility is very low to zero when there is no clear identity as to who is writing. Whoever you are, I assume you are a follower of one of the gurus against whom I have written. You can rest assured however that I am not in competition with any of your gurus. I write against this concept and not only against a single person. I myself have no guru business and assure you that the customers of your guru will not be our customers. So there is no need to worry.
I know wordpress has removed one of your posts because our SEO team asked them to – it was not because of your words but because you just took one of my articles and copied it to your post. That is a copyright issue and we don’t allow anybody to copy content just like that, without asking or without link.
If you feel like writing more about me, please do. I believe it is a good way to spread the word about my writings and about what I am saying. I do think however you should make your content more popular. How many people read your website? Maybe only you and I. Thousands of people daily read ours. I know my profession, I am running an online business, so I know how to make content popular online. You can learn it from us – if you are ready to invest some time, energy and money. I encourage you to write more.
I am never anonymous and everyone who reads your lines can come to our page and read the truth there. If I see more statements like yours, I just feel that I found the right point to write about. I stirred something up, so it is good. Whoever is seriously concerned after seeing what you write, will come to our page. I obviously encourage that, so just keep on writing!
I will anyway keep on writing whatever I feel. If you think you stop me from writing about gurus or other topics, you are wrong. My aim was and remains to be as clear as possible, writing with honesty and love and any kind of article against these principles will just make me write more.
