In the last two days I told about a mother and a daughter. To both of them I said that they should be more positive in their thinking. I actually say this to many people because here it seems that much emphasis is put on negative things.
For being positive and thinking positively I told a small trick. Each day before you go to bed you can write down five good things which happened on that day. Write down what made you smile, what made you happy and what you laughed about. When your mind is set on negative thinking you do not see all the positive things of life. Positive things are happening there is no doubt about that, you just do not see them when your mind is set on negativity. And when you write down five things each day you will start thinking about what is positive and what you could write down in the evening. After one year you can look at what you have written and you will see 1825 positive things that happened this year. Do this exercise and you will feel how your thinking changes.
We had a Darshan today. At the same time Noemi gave a yoga class for children and in the beginning of the class she took me and introduced me to the children. I told them to do some practice of what they learn here at home, too. Some of them proudly said that they are already doing that and others said they would do from now on. It was very nice to see them and their fun in Yoga.
